Chuck Strottman
Managing Partner
Chuck Strottman is a successful marketer and investor. During his 20 year career, he has driven growth and implemented marketing programs across a range of industries including technology, retail and media. He earned an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
He enjoys spending time in the backyard of his Moraga home with his wife and their three children. And when he’s not skiing in the mountains or making wine in Napa, you can probably find him on the sideline coaching his kids.
Jerry Gramaglia is a private investor and advisor to technology-driven consumer companies. Mr. Gramaglia previously held senior marketing and general management positions with several leading food and beverage companies including P&G and PepsiCo. He also served as Partner for ArrowPath Venture Partners and as President and Chief Operating Officer for E*TRADE Group, Inc. Mr. Gramaglia serves on the board of directors for WageWorks (NYSE:WAGE) and is non-executive chairman of the board for Axiom (NASDAQ: ACXM). Jerry has actively mentored Chuck for more than 20 years.
Bill Brinkman is an experienced restructuring professional and founder of Jigsaw Partners, a respected M&A and turnaround advisory firm. Brinkman helps companies navigate through challenging situations acting as a financial advisor or interim CEO/CFO and works closely with middle-market private equity sponsors focused on turnaround investments. Recent projects have included a vineyard and winery business, a custom crush wine making facility and a regional premium grocery chain.
Alex Duff is an investor in and advisor to growth companies and investment funds. As Principal for Alexander Advisors, he has invested in early stage companies including; Academia.edu, Axial, Caveman Foods, Gerson Lehman Group, Liquor.com, Local Motors and Sprout Foods. He was CFO for Tenzing Communications, a leading provider of in-flight communications and Executive Vice President of PIX System, the leader in post production technology and services. Duff is an experienced venture and angel investor and currently serves on the board of a San Francisco-based family office.

Jim Herrmann is a business advisor that has completed more than 70 transactions. He has served as a founder and director of two Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs). He has been president of two middle market companies in the film communications industry, and also has held marketing management positions with Illinois Tool Works and Fansteel, Inc.
